The Therapeutic Pause offers guided reflections and restorative practices designed to help you slow down, reflect, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, uncertainty, change, recovery, or simply the demands of everyday life, these recordings invite you to meet yourself as you are.

Episodes are organised into a range of themed collections. These include Living with..., Navigating..., and On Becoming... collections exploring different experiences and stages of life, alongside shorter collections such as Five Minute Hugs, Guided Imagery, and Everyday Noticing.
